As with our dies, we strive to produce roll shells of the highest quality. Maximising the concentricity
of our roll shells ensures longevity of dies, rolls, bearings and reduces vibration in the pellet mill.
The bore of our roll shells are ground to high tolerances meeting the bearing manufacturers’ recommendations.

Our standard material is C50 but for more arduous applications we recommend roll shells
made from 100Cr6.
